Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping is free on all orders — we cover the shipping cost for you. Delivery times depend on your location:

• Europe: 5–12 business days

• United States & Canada: 7–16 business days

• Rest of the world: 10–21 business days

Please note: these are estimated delivery windows after production is completed. Actual delivery may vary depending on local carrier services and customs processing.

 

How long does production take?

All Iconique products are custom-made for each order through our fulfillment partner, Printful. Production typically takes 2–5 business days. Once your item is produced and shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Why does it take longer than a regular online store?

Unlike traditional retailers that ship from pre-made stock, every Iconique product is printed on demand specifically for you. This means your item does not exist until you order it. This approach reduces waste and overproduction but requires a few extra days for production before shipping.

What if my shirt doesn’t fit?

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on how to initiate a return. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no cost.

 

How are your products made?

All products are printed on demand by Printful, our fulfillment partner. Printful uses direct-to-garment (DTG) printing technology with water-based inks. You can learn more about Printful’s sustainability practices and certifications at printful.com/sustainability.

Is Iconique a legitimate business?

Yes. Iconique is a registered personally owned small business (PMV) in Denmark, CVR: 46370295. We operate from Søborg, Denmark and ship worldwide through Printful. Our full contact details, business registration, and policies are available on our website.
