At Iconique, we want you to love your purchase. Because all our products are custom-made to order, we handle returns as follows:
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was shown on our website.
To initiate a return, please contact us at contactus@iconiqueforyou.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will respond within 24 hours with instructions.
Non-Returnable Items
Because each product is printed on demand specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference. We recommend reviewing our size guide carefully before ordering.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we will replace it at no additional cost or issue a full refund. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the defect.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and credited to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
Wrong Address
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs required to reship the order.
